[원우회] 2023-1학기 사물함 신청 안내
원우 여러분, 안녕하세요?
2023-1학기 동안 원우 여러분들을 섬기게 된 일반대학원 원우회 회장 조미연, 연합신학대학원 원우회 회장 김수만, 부회장 이용훈 인사 드립니다.
2023-1학기 사물함 신규 배정을 진행하오니 신청을 원하시는 원우 분들께서는 다음의 구글설문 링크에서 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다. 신청을 위해서는 반드시 본인의 ‘연세대학교 이메일 주소’가 필요합니다. 중복 신청을 방지하고 재학생 신청 받기 위한 방안이니, 이해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 학술문화처 도서관(중앙도서관) 사물함: 연신원 재학생만 신청 가능
① 신청기한/신청방법: 2023.3.2.(목) 14시까지/위 사물함 신청 URL 클릭
② 배정통보: 2023.3.6.(월), SMS 개별 통보(배정통보일은 사정에 따라 변경가능)
③ 사용기간: 2023.3.6.(월)부터 - 8.31.(목)까지
④ 사물함 위치: 중앙도서관 지하1층 사물함 보관소
⑤ 연신원 재학생의 경우 학술문화처 도서관 사물함 미배정 시, 신학관 지하1층 신청으로 간주하여 배정드립니다.
원칙상 중복신청은 불가하나 원우님들에게 편의를 제공하기 위함입니다.
⑥ 학술정보처 도서관 중(신중도)에 사물함 배정을 희망하는 원우의 경우, 책갈피(학술정보처 도서관 자치회) 측으로
3.2.(목) 17:00까지 아래 링크로 본인이 직접 신청해 주세요. 이 경우, 일반대+연신원 원우회로의 신청과는 중복으로
신청하실 수 없으며, 중복 신청 확인 시 자동으로 배정 대상에서 탈락되니 주의해 주세요.

2. 신학관 지하1층 대학원 사물함: 연신원, 일반원 재학생 모두 신청 가능
① 신청기한/신청방법: 2023.3.10.(금) 14시까지/위 사물함 신청 URL 클릭
② 기존 사물함 이용자 : 3.10.(금) 14시 이전까지 사물함 내 내용물을 비워주시기 바랍니다.
③ 2023-1 신학관 지하1층 사물함 신규 신청/접수 기간 : 2.28(화) 00시- 3.10(금) 18시까지
④ 배정 안내 : 결과는 3.12.(주일) 연합신학대학원 홈페이지 메뉴의 “게시판-원우회게시판” 내 사물함 신청 결과
공지사항으로 게시 예정 + SMS 개별통보
⑤ 사용기간 : 2023.3.13.(월) 07시부터 - 8.31.(목) 20시까지(사물함 자물쇠는 이용자께서 개별 준비)/9.1.(금)이전까지
사용자께서는 사용하신 사물함을 비워주세요.
* 입력하신 모든 사항은 사물함 관련업무(배정결과 통보 등)외에 사용되지 않습니다.
* 사물함 수량이 한정된 관계로 신청자가 많을 경우에는 추첨을 통하여 선발된 분에게만 배정해드립니다. 이 점, 양해 부탁드립니다.

2023-1st Semester locker application guide
Hello, GIT students,
We are the members of the Graduate Student Council who will serve for you graduate students during the 2023-1st semester. We welcome and bless all of you.
(Cho Mi-yeon, president of the graduate student council at the General Graduate School, Kim Soo-man, president of the graduate student council at the United Graduate School of Theology, Lee Yong-hoon, vice president of the graduate student council at the United Graduate School of Theology.)
For the 2023-1st semester, we will be assigning new lockers for students. If you would like to use the locker, please apply after clicking the Google survey link below. To apply, you must provide your ‘Yonsei University email address’. Please understand that this is a plan to prevent duplicate applications and to receive applications from current students.

1. Regarding the application for lockers in Yonsei University Library
① Application deadline/How to apply: By 2023.3.2.(Thu) 14:00/Click the locker application URL above
② Results guide: 2023.3.6.(Mon), SMS individual notification
③ Period of use: From 2023.3.6.(Mon) to 2023.8.31.(Thu)
④ Location of lockers: Lockers on the B1 floor of the Yonsei University Library
⑤ Even if you do not have a locker user name announced by the Yonsei University Library Office, we will classify you as an applicant for a locker on the B1 floor of the Underwood Theology Hall and provide you with an opportunity to use it without having to apply separately.
2. Regarding the application for the use of the graduate school locker on the B1 floor of the Underwood Theology Hall(Seoul Sinchon Campus)
① Application deadline/How to apply: By 2023.3.10.(Fri)14:00/Click the locker application URL above
② Existing locker users: Please empty the contents of the locker before 14:00 on March 10(Fri).
③ 2023-1st New application period for the use of the graduate school locker on the B1 floor of the Underwood Theology Hall: From 2.28.(Tue) 00:00 to 3.10.(Fri) 18:00.
④ Results guide: Result will be posted on March 12. (Sunday) in the “Campus Life - Notice - General Notice Board” of the GIT homepage menu. + individual notification via SMS.

⑤ Period of use: 2023.3.13.(Mon) 07:00 - 8.31.(Thu) 20:00 (locker lock is prepared individually by the user) / Before 9.1.(Fri), please empty the locker you used.
* All information entered will not be used except for locker-related tasks(notification of assignment results, etc.).
* Due to the limited number of lockers, if there are many applicants, only those selected through a lottery will be assigned. Please understand this point.
