The GSIS office is looking for an international admissions assistant.

This is an in-person role and students must be based in Korea. There will be a training period before the new assistant takes over.

Applicants who are available from August 9th to do this training will be preferred. 

• 1. Working Period: 2023/08/09 - 2024/08 (minimum of one year)
• 
  
• 2. Scholarship provided: 9,620 KRW/hour
• 
  
• 3. Working Hours: 
• - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon. to Fri. (except class hours and lunch break, up to 27 hours/week)
  - During the winter/summer break, your hours will be 10:00 AM -3:00 PM Mon. to Fri.

4. Qualifications:

• - Required: English fluency
• - Preferred: Korean fluency (i.e. ability to answer the phone in Korean)
• - Preferred: Previous office experience, excel proficiency 
• - Preferred: Students who do not already have a full scholarship (i.e. GKS or Fulbright)

5. Responsibilities include:

1. - Assisting the admissions officer
2. - Processing application documents for international students
3. - Answering email and phone inquiries
4. - Supporting GSIS academic events (Orientation, Open House etc.)
