- Fall 2024 Visa Agency Service for International Students Yonsei OIA will be operating Fall 2024 HireVisa Visa Agency Service (online group application for Korean Alien Registration Card (ARC) and Extension of Period of Stay) to assist foreign students. 1. Undergraduate/graduate degree program students, exchange students, and visiting students are eligible to apply. 2. Application Period & Fee Type Eligibility Period Fee Alien Registration (new) Students who entered Korea with a D-2 visa September 2 (Mon) 09:00~ September 10 (Tue), 2024 by 18:00 (6pm) 41,000 KRW Extension of Period of Stay Students who need extension due to the expiry of their D-2 visa August 19 (Mon) 09:00 ~ September 20 (Fri), 2024 by 18:00 (6pm) 71,000 KRW - Application: https://www.hirevisa.com/yonsei - Inquiries Regarding New ARC: https://api2.hirevisa.com/helpcenter - Inquiries Regarding Extension: https://hirevisa.channel.io/ - Additional charges may occur due to exchange rates and fees - You MUST be in Korea in order to apply - F-4 visa holders must apply on their own 3.
