- Prof. Yongshik Lee’s paper has been accepted to IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics
- Prof. Yongshik Lee and Dr. Taejun Lim developed the stacked-coil technique that utilizes multi-layer coils with different shapes and sizes. The technique is capable of capable of compensating the notorious lateral misalignment problem between Tx and Rx coils in non-radiative wireless power transfer systems, which occurs frequently in real-world applications such as wireless charging of mobile devices. The related paper “Stacked-Coil Technology for Compensation of Lateral Misalignment in Non-Radiative Wireless Power Transfer Systems” has been accepted to IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics. Impact Factor: 7.515 (2019)
